Nana's Visit

So this week was a busy week for everyone. Including our visitors, Nana came to spend the week. This allowed him to spend some good quality time with her after a crazy couple of weeks. Including her great bonding time with her, Nana was able to let Christy and I get out a little bit. Even though it was very hard for her (and for me) we went to the movies on Thursday and the Gym on Friday. Here are some pictures from our fun week with Nana.

Will and More Visitors

This week we had more great visitors coming to see little bits. Mimi and Maria came to visit this week, but unfortunately I didn't get any pictures. We also had Uncle "Schmike", Aunt Jill, and Uncle Brandon come over. We also had our neighbors Frank and Julia come and meet young William. Will had a great time with all of his visitors, although he mostly slept for Uncle Schmike.

Update

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update about the peanut. He has started sleeping more regularly and is getting into a little bit of a rhythm. We have had some people come over to visit him in the past few days and he has been so excited (read: sleeping) to meet everyone. On Tuesday he met Aunt Rachel liked to play with her and daddy. Unfortunately we spent most of the day trying to get the perfect picture of him for the announcement and some of the pictures here are the close but no cigars. Wednesday he saw Mimi and Janice and met with daddy and mommy's friend Kelly in the afternoon. Later in the day he met Doug and, most importantly, the "baby whisperer" Courtney. Will was very excited about all the gifts that people brought for him (read: sleeping) and wanted to thank everyone.

The First Few Days

So far we have kind of kept a low profile, trying to get a good sense of how our little guy works. He has generally been really good - although we have both been the victims of nasty poopie diapers and we were both caught by the firehose during a change. Will seems to be getting used to his new surroundings and is so far spending most of his time in the living room or our room. I'm going to put a few pictures up of his first few days.

Welcome Home!

So today we brought our little peanut home. He seems to be happy - mostly sleepy. We videotaped his first trip around the house - again, mostly asleep. As I've talked about with many people, after the door was closed and he was in the house, I just kind of looked at Christine and said, "Well, here we are." I'm sure that we will get adjusted to it.

Thanks to all who have wished us well and wished well for the baby. We will still be putting up shots of the little prince as he begins his reign over 45 Marwood.
